About Us
Mitchell House is an Education Authority Belfast Region co-educational special school for children with physical disabilities. Most of our students have an associated learning difficulty to some degree.
A trip to @belfastcityairport with the choir for me this week 🎶🐾 Now just to be clear I wasn’t singing with the choir! BUT I did provide them with a waggy tail and lots of cuddles 💜 well done choir you were fab 🎉
This week I went along to @stmarysuniversitycollege. I met some of the Year 3 students and freely gave out cuddles!
I’ve also been spending some time in the sensory room with the Puffins and visiting my other chums in class 💜
This week I decided to sniff out the new Christmas menu at my sponsor @wingitbelfast. I can confirm it smells amazing 💜 Thanks for the bonus cuddles when I was visiting!
PS Don’t worry I resisted the temptation to taste any!
It was a busy week, I love getting to walk with my friends. I’ve worked hard at being able to walk alongside wheelchairs. Electric ones were a bit scary at the start but now I’m ok with them 💜

Half term is over! I’m super excited to see all my chums again tomorrow, I miss everyone when school is off! It wasn’t all bad though, I got out for lunch, coffee and round the shops - of course I was the best girl 💜

I was very excited this week, one of my chums who was really unsure of me when I first came into school was brave enough to brush me this week 🎉 I’ve been working hard on building their confidence - my humans in Team Raia tell me that’s what I’m good at 💜
