STEM refers to the subjects science, technology, engineering and mathematics. STEM subjects are being encouraged in all schools to ensure that pupils will be equiped with the skills, knowledge and understanding to allow them to be equiped for employment in a rapidly changing work environment. 

Pupils in Mitchell House have the opportunity to participate in STEM events that are run through out the year.  Notification will be given when these events are going to happen.
